Management System Development and Implementation

• PDC designs and develops management systems to meet the specific needs of each organization. The process includes:
  • A requirements analysis to determine which requirements are applicable
  • A recommendation of modifications to the existing management system as needed to bring operations into compliance

We can also build on existing client practices to develop a new system tailored to the existing organization and operation. We provide the client with our recommendations and obtain concurrence before proceeding with each step in the process.

We then assist in the critical step of system implementation by providing training and orientation support or by participating in system operation. During system operation, we support performance assessment and operations improvement measures as appropriate.
